Grace Seow Built a Personal PSLE Assistant With Claude Cowork

A real build from AI Native Circle by Grace Seow, a mother and social impact professional using Claude Cowork to make school planning calmer.

The problem

Grace was managing her son’s PSLE preparation across subjects, tutors, school requirements, and family routines. The pieces were all important, but they were scattered.

Without a consolidated plan, revision cadence could swing between too little and too much. Tutors had their own view, parents had another, and no one had a single system that showed what should happen next.

"I’m blown away by what AI can do."

What Grace built

Grace used Claude Cowork to create a personal PSLE assistant. She built a foundational document with her son’s profile, schedule, tuition timetable, extracurriculars, and the key context needed to make study planning realistic.

Claude then helped aggregate the PSLE and MOE syllabus context, including 2026 exam dates, and turned it into a phased study plan designed for a 12-year-old. The workflow also sends daily 8am email reminders with the day’s study topics.

Before and after

Before: no unified plan, inconsistent revision rhythm, separate conversations with tutors, and too much emotional load around whether to push harder or back off.

After: a customised study plan, daily weekday reminders, weekend progress overviews, and a shared structure that parents, tutors, and teachers can understand.

Why it matters

Grace’s build is a beautiful example of AI as family infrastructure. It does not replace care, judgment, or parenting. It turns scattered information into a calmer system so the human parts have more space.

For many Claudettes, this is what AI fluency looks like in real life: not flashy automation, but a thoughtful workflow that gives you a sense of control when the stakes feel personal.
