The problem
Lynn was working through a career pivot and needed a clearer way to translate deep operations experience into a new context. The challenge was not effort. It was clarity.
She needed sharper role context, stronger preparation, and a way to see which opportunities matched her actual strengths and direction.
"Clarity changes how we show up."
What Lynn built
Lynn used Claude Cowork to build three AI agents: a Career Intelligence Agent, an Industry Research Agent, and a Boardroom Coach Simulator.
The Career Intelligence Agent creates a weekly job search report, scores roles from 1 to 10, flags older listings, highlights top picks, includes market intelligence, and recommends next actions. The Industry Research Agent sends weekly SAF Asia-Pacific intelligence digests. The Boardroom Coach Simulator helps her practise for interviews and produces detailed session debriefs.
Before and after
Before: unclear transferable skills, limited industry context, and effort without enough signal about where to focus.
After: clearer roles and industries to prioritise, better context for informed conversations, and stronger presence in high-stakes situations.
Why it matters
Lynn’s build shows how AI can become a career operating system. It does not replace judgment. It helps organise the information, practise the conversations, and make decisions with more confidence.
For Claudettes navigating a professional transition, this is a powerful pattern: use Claude to turn uncertainty into a repeatable system for search, insight, and influence.
